All warranties guarantee against manufacturer defects or workmanship. Warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, lack of reasonable care, user scratches, accidents, or loss of product. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer. If the damage is due to reasons other than those stated above, manufacturers may repair or replace for a fee as long as parts are still available.
Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for claims to be processed.
We recommend the following steps for a hassle-free warranty claim:
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase to show that you are within the 1-year time frame.
- Ship your item in a prepaid, trackable manner (UPS, DHL, FedEx, or registered US mail).
WARRANTY BY MANUFACTURER:
MAUI JIM
Maui Jim Sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for two full years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials or workmanship. Maui Jim will repair or replace, at their option, any pair of Maui Jim sunglasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage and does not cover shipping costs. The repair will generally be completed within five days and returned via US Priority Mail. Any sunglasses returned during the warranty period must be accompanied by the following:

Original proof of purchase is required. Include a dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned sunglasses.

$10.00(U.S. Dollars) for return shipping & handling (international charges will vary).

A brief note indicating how your sunglasses broke.

Include your name, phone number, and address in the event that we need to contact you.

There may be additional charges if your repair is not covered by Maui Jim's warranty.

If your sunglasses are prescription, clearly mark RX on the outside of the container.

Please telephone Oakley Customer service at 1-800-403-7449 to receive an Oakley Warranty Tracking Number (TR Number) and further instructions. Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Oakley is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please include the following information in your package:
- Your name, return address and telephone number
- Oakley Tracking Number "TR" - Provided by calling Customer Service at 1-800-403-7449.
- A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting
- A copy of the receipt dated within one year or a check made payable to Oakley
- Reference your assigned Warranty Tracking Number on the outside of your package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your claim or package being returned without repair.

Eyewear Warranty Policy All Oakley eyewear is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Additional services are available for a nominal charge.
Scratched lens are not covered under Oakley’s warranty policy. Replacement lenses can either be purchased through your local Authorized Oakley Dealer, oakley.com, or by calling toll free 1-800-403-7449

Wearable Electronics Warranty Policy THUMP: Oakley THUMP is warranted for (90) days from the date of receipt against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Additional services are available for a nominal charge.
RAZRWIRE: The eyewear components of RAZRWIRE are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Additional services are available for a nominal charge. All Motorola Bluetooth headset claims must be submitted directly to Motorola. Watch Warranty Policy All authentic Oakley timepieces are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under Oakley’s Warranty Policies.

SMITH OPTICS
Smith Optics warrants your sunglasses, goggles and helmets for the lifetime of the product, and will repair or replace the product at no charge. Smith Optics has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects.
Repair / Replacement Policy: For a fee Smith Optics (at their discretion) will repair or replace lenses, frames and other parts as needed and available. For more information contact Smith Warranty and Repair at 800-635-4401 or warranty@smithoptics.com. All fees for repair or replacement depend on the model and damage to the product.
We encourage you to send your Smith product by a method that will allow you to track the package (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as Smith Optics is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Your sunglasses will be returned using ground UPS service. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Smith Optics will do their best to reply within one (1) – two (2) business days (provided contact information has been included with your product)
Scope and Duration of the Warranty: This warranty program lasts for the lifetime of your Smith product. This warranty program covers all parts of your Smith product and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, chewed by your pet or any other damage that is caused by the consumer.
Rx – The warranty does NOT cover prescription lenses. Smith Optics lifetime warranty extends only to sunglass frames used in conjunction with our “certified installation” of prescription lenses by SOLA Technologies. All warranty claims for RX frames fall under the same scope and duration as outlined above.
Limitation on Damages: For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Smith Optics. Smith Optics is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State.

Spy provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase to replace any product or portion thereof,which is deemed a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses, as a result of normal use, are not covered by this warranty. For warranty or repair service, please follow these easy steps:
- Call Spy at 800-SPY-EYES (800-779-3937)or email warranty@spyoptic.com to first acquire a return authorization number (RA#).
- Write the R.A.# on the outside of the package. Packages received by Spy with no R.A.# visible will be refused and returned to sender.
- Send your Spy sunglasses with the following information inside the package: A copy of your receipt dated within one year from an authorized Spy dealer. If you do not have the receipt, Spy can replace your frame for a nominal processing fee. However discontinued sunglass styles must be accompanied by a receipt. Include a written description of the problem or services that you are requesting with your name, return address and daytime phone number. Spy's warranty department will contact you regarding the replacement charges.
Lens Replacement Service: If your lenses are scratched and you wish to replace them, Spy will gladly send you a new set for a nominal fee.
Note: Change lenses on the following frames only: Scoop, Scoop GS, Scoop XS, Scoop HS, Micro Scoop, Meteor and Neo Scoop. Please follow the same steps listed above and send your package to: SPYLAB 2070 Las Palmas Dr. Carlsbad, Ca. 92011. For your protection, please ship your Spy sunglasses using a traceable shipping method (UPS or insured mail), as Spy can only be responsible for what is actually received. Please package the glasses in a box with adequate padding material to protect against movement and impact during shipping.
