GENERAL POLICY

All orders are received between 9am and 5pm (PST), Monday through Friday. Orders shipped via standard ground and free shipping will be processed and shipped within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders with expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2^nd Day Air, Express Mail) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Delivery via Standard UPS Ground takes 5 to 7 business days. USPS Priority Mail should take 2-3 business days, and Express Mail should take 1-2 days to ship.  Please see the chart below in the "Shipping Rates" section for more information.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times are only estimates and may be adversely affected by weather conditions and factors beyond our control. Your package may also be delayed due to mistakes during the checkout process or other irregularities. To avoid delays, please be sure to carefully complete and confirm the accuracy of the information you enter during checkout and before submitting your order.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is offered via UPS Ground on all domestic orders over $99.  Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days and will include a tracking number, so rest assured that you will get your stuff, and you can track it along the way, all for free!

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Snowboard Connection ships to all P.O. boxes via either USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail ONLY. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA OR HAWAII

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Packages cannot be delivered over bodies of water by UPS Ground.
