TRACKING MY ORDER (back to top)
You can log in to your account on SnowboardConnection.com to check your order status, and you will see an order number. We ship via two different methods -- FedEx and USPS (United States Postal Service). There are two tracking numbers that we use.
FedEx
Any tracking number that is digits and has begins with is FedEx and can be tracked at http:www.fedex.com.

USPS (United States Postal Service)
Any tracking number that is 13 or 20 digits or resembles either of the following examples can be tracked at http://www.usps.com/.
Example: "EO926851375US" or "01038555749929502736"
UNDERSTANDING MY STATUS (back to top)
When you log in to your account, there are a few options that may be displayed under your order status. Here is what they mean.
Completed And Delivered
This means that we have finished processing your order's return. This option is chosen to take your order out of our database, and should be counted as the same thing as "Order Returned".
Order Returned
This means that you returned your order to us.
Packed And Shipped
Your order has been packed and shipped!
Paid, Awaiting Shipment
Your order has been paid and is awaiting shipment from our store.
Paid, Awaiting Transfer
Your order has been paid and will be shipped once we receive the transfer products from our other store.
