All orders are received between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday.
Orders shipped via standard ground and free shipping will be processed and shipped within 4 business days. (exlcuding Weekends and holidays)
Orders with expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Express Mail) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. (exlcuding Weekends and holidays)

Delivery via Standard FedEx Ground will take 5 to 7 business days. USPS Priority Mail should take 2-3 business days, and Express Mail should take 1-2 day to ship. Please see the chart below in the "Shipping Rates" section for more information.
