Our exchange policy is similar to our return policy. Simply fill out the return/exchange form and return the product to SnowboardConnection.com, by following the instructions below.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days, and we will gladly replace it or issue you a full refund, no questions asked!
Should we OK a return after 30 days, it will be for the current retail price of the item in the form of a store credit only.
We can only issue credits to the original credit card used for the purchase. We can only refund the original shipping and non-expedited return shipping costs if it is a result of our shipping error. If you have any questions, please contact us at returns@snocon.com.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE MARCH 7TH, 2007, WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. THANKS!
We can only accept returns of unused items in their original packaging with all tags and labels included.
- Clothing must be unused, unwashed and resellable, with all tags attached.
- Shoes must not have been worn and must include their original, undamaged packaging. Walk around on carpet to see if shoes fit; do not walk around outside. That way, if they don't fit, the bottoms won't be dirty, and you can send them back.
- Skateboards and accessories must be new, unridden, and ungripped.
- Snowboards must be unused, untuned, and resellable.
- Snowboard bindings must have all parts and must include original, undamaged packaging.
- Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in like-new condition.
- Videos, DVDs, and CDs must be unopened and in original packaging.

1. Carefully read our return policies and instructions and fill out return merchandise form included with your order. If you cannot locate the return merchandise form, please request a copy from us at returns@snocon.com.
2. Call 1-888-465-7007 for a RA# (Return Authorization Number).
3. Repackage unused, unworn, and undamaged item(s) with all tags and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please include a copy of the packing slip receipt, and c, FedEx, or United States Postal Service Priority Mail, as all services have insurance and tracking available for packages.ompleted RETURN FORM with your return.
4. Write the RA# on the outside of your package.
