Successful Checkout
When you successfully check out your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order.
Errors
Sometimes errors may come up during checkout, such as this one: "DECLINED: The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder." This error means that the Billing Address you entered does not coincide with the address your bank or credit card company has on file. Please call either of them to double check your exact address.
Out Of Stock
If we are out of stock in the product you ordered (please look at our In Stock Policy section), we will send you an e-mail as soon as we realize this error. In the event that there are errors with your order, including but not limited to accidentally mistyped information, the processing of your order may be delayed.

We take credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover), as well as gift cards, although those can only be redeemable in store. We do not accept checks.
SALES TAX (back to top)
Sales tax is added only to orders delivered within Washington State. The state of Washington requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order, including the shipping charges. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart, along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. The current sales tax rate in Washington State is 8.8%.
