Our exchange policy is similar to our return policy. Simply fill out the return/exchange form and return the product to SnowboardConnection.com, by following the instructions below.



RETURN POLICY   (back to top)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days, and we will gladly replace it or issue you a full refund, no questions asked!

Should we OK a return after 30 days, it will be for the current retail price of the item in the form of a store credit only.

We can only issue credits to the original credit card used for the purchase. We can only refund the original shipping and non-expedited return shipping costs if it is a result of our shipping error. If you have any questions, please contact us at returns@snocon.com.

We can only accept returns of unused items in their original packaging with all tags and labels included.

- Clothing must be unused, unwashed and resellable, with all tags attached.
- Shoes must not have been worn and must include their original, undamaged packaging. Walk around on carpet to see if shoes fit; do not walk around outside. That way, if they don't fit, the bottoms won't be dirty, and you can send them back.
- Skateboards and accessories must be new, unridden, and ungripped.
- Snowboards must be unused, untuned, and resellable.
- Snowboard bindings must have all parts and must include original, undamaged packaging.
- Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in like-new condition.
- Videos, DVDs, and CDs must be unopened and in original packaging.

We want you to feel confident making your purchase with us. We sell a lot of seasonal items, which means that the prices will fluctuate throughout the year. In the interest in protecting you from this volatility, we offer price adjustments. We will credit you back the difference if we drop the price of an item after you purchased it from us. We offer this service for the first 30 days after your purchase. Just give us a call at 866-761-2661, and we will issue the credit for you. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any extensions on this program. Thanks!

PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE MARCH 7TH, 2007, WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. THANKS!

All 10/11 Snow Gear purchased on sale comes with a 30-day return guarantee. This policy is a special exception to our normal return policy – which states that no sale items may be returned. Please understand that we will only except “as-new” gear for returns, no used gear may be returned. Thank you for shopping with us!



RETURN INSTRUCTIONS   (back to top)
1. Carefully read our return policies and instructions and fill out return merchandise form included with your order. If you cannot locate the return merchandise form, please request a copy from us at returns@snocon.com.

2. Call 206-447-4178 for a RA# (Return Authorization Number).

3. Repackage unused, unworn, and undamaged item(s) with all tags and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please include a copy of the packing slip receipt and completed RETURN FORM with your return.

4. Write the RA# on the outside of your package.

5. We recommend returning items Via UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service Priority Mail, as all services have insurance and tracking available for packages.


Please note our new policy, effective as of March 7th, 2007: WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS! (excluding current year's snow gear)
